The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is responsible for two primary functions:
(1) investigating complaints and charges of discrimination based upon discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; and
(2) resolving requests for workplace accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The EEO office also conducts presentations and trainings to supervisors and staff members on discrimination, sexual harassment, workplace conflict, and workplace accommodations.
