Online Learning Program
The BCPS Online Learning Program provides a full-time educational environment for ALL students in grades 4-12. The program offers a full day of synchronous instruction taught by certified Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) teachers. The Program does fulfill Baltimore County Public Schools’ requirements for promotion and graduation. To learn more, click our brochure below!

Applications must be submitted by 1 p.m. on May 3, 2024. Current VLP students do NOT need to re-apply. All applicants are selected for placement through a centralized random lottery process. Admission decisions for all applicants will be released by May 24, 2024.

The Department of Academic Programs and Options' services ensure students experience high academic achievement and continuous growth by participating in rigorous instructional programs designed to raise the academic bar, close achievement gaps, and develop lifelong learners through literacy.
