February 16, 2024 Staff and Community Update: Save the Date! 2024 Mind Over Matters Conference Set for March 9
BCPS is hosting its annual Mind Over Matter Annual Conference on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. The goal of this event is to raise awareness about the importance of children’s mental health and substance use prevention. This event is for all BCPS students and their parents/caregivers.
The event will include student performances, a keynote speaker, and breakout sessions. There will also be vendors, free promotional items, giveaways, face painting, and more! A guardian is required to accompany a student if using BCPS transportation. Parking is available on site for parents/caregivers and student drivers.
