January 11, 2024, Community Update: Nominations Open Jan. 16 for Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year
All Team BCPS parents, guardians, students, staff and community members are invited to nominate outstanding administrators for BCPS Principal of the Year (POY) and Assistant Principal of the Year (APOY) for 2024-25. Finalists for each level (elementary, middle, and high) will participate in the BCPS Principal of the Year and BCPS Assistant Principal of the Year competitions and the April celebration, along with the Teacher of the Year (TOY) finalists. The annual program is a great opportunity to recognize excellent leaders.
Finalists for each level (elementary, middle, and high) will determine this year’s BCPS Principal of the Year and BCPS Assistant Principal of the Year, who will go on to represent Baltimore County in statewide competitions.
Nominations open Tuesday, January 16, 2024, and are due no later than the end of the business day on Monday, January 29, 2024. To nominate an administrator, please click on the below link beginning Jan. 16, fill out and return the nomination form.
