BCPS staff should immediately notify Environmental Services of any complaints or concerns related to environmental health to ensure that a systematic and thorough investigation can take place.

To report a work-related injury/illness due to environmental concerns, please complete the following:
- If you work in a school, report to your school nurse to complete the necessary forms. You must also report the injury/illness to your supervisor.
- If you don't work in a school, please report the injury/illness to your supervisor who will have you complete the necessary form.
